Award winning host and comedian, Jebb Fink is bringing his hilarious stand-up act to Flames Central. Drawing on his own life for inspiration, his act features amusing stories about life lessens, being an American in Canada, and Hammy the Hamster.
Fink will be partnering with the Calgary Food Bank for the shows and guests are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item. He says its very important to help out after the holiday season, as the number of donations goes down significantly.
A true veteran to the entertainment industry, Fink has been performing in comedy clubs and specializing in corporate comedy for the last 25 years. He has became a local celebrity in the TV world, spending eight years on the A-Channels Big Breakfast, and now currently hosting Citytvs Your City. Finks been the host of CBCs Just for Laughs: All Access Pass, a writer and performer with the Just for Laughs Festival, and a writer and performer for the Winnipeg Comedy Festival. And as if that werent enough, Finks life was the inspiration for the Gemini Award winning CBC comedy An American in Canada. Originally from Los Angeles, Fink credits his Canadian success to living in a city with an international airport.
