Based in New York City, THE PRETTY RECKLESS is a no-nonsense rock band with an emotionally complex core, channelling Nirvana, Led Zeppelin, Soundgarden in their music. Their debut album on Interscope, LIGHT ME UP, runs the gamut of emotions, alternating at times between seething rage and a bruised vulnerability. Fronted by Taylor Momsen - who is perhaps best known as the actress who plays Jenny Humphrey on The CW’s Gossip Girl - THE PRETTY RECKLESS is heavy and full of swagger. THE PRETTY RECKLESS held their own during the entire 2010 Warped Tour, and spent 2011 playing around the world on festivals, as well as fall dates opening for Evanescence.


Opening for THE PRETTY RECKLESS are New Jersey rockers THE PARLOUR MOB. Their second album for Roadrunner Records, entitled Dogs, was released last November, and was subsequently named by iTunes as their rock album of the year for 2011.
